The Bean Fairy – Manuela Cebulla

.. When I'm in my roastery, I immerse myself in a sea of ​​smells and the sounds of beans. 

When opening a sack full of fresh raw beans, I am greeted by a slight sweetness reminiscent of a vegetable garden or a slightly full-bodied smell of earth and peat.

Every variety / provenience, yes, every new harvest has its own roasting characteristics and that makes the whole thing so exciting. 

Some beans jump excitedly and are very sensitive in the roasting machine. Other beans are hardly impressed and enjoy the cozy warmth. 

Since 2007 I have discovered roasting for myself. 

Each batch has its own melody and time.

Then of course there is the technology. 

Tradition and modernity meet here in my roastery.

 Lotte - a sample roaster from the 1950s - produces what I consider to be an excellent result with the espressi.

Emma - a roaster from Giesen Coffee Roaster Bj. 2019 - helps me to roast the pure coffees with pinpoint accuracy. 

I ensure the consistently high quality of the raw beans through many years of reliable cooperation with Rehm&Co. from Hamburg. I can get project coffee here from a wide variety of countries and the company ensures that both payment and social aspects are supported.

Our shop in Moosburg is located at Herrnstr. 23 and offers a large selection of our self-roasted coffees. Moosburg also has an excellent selection of fine pralines from Coppeneur in Bad Honnef and Clement Chococult in Bernried am Starnberger See. The offer is rounded off with fine chocolates from Bavaria and Austria.

For various coffee preparations, we offer you espresso makers, stamp pots and a small selection of portafilter machines. 

Landshut

Our shop in Landshut, at Neustadt 444, also offers a large selection of our self-roasted coffees.

For the interested beginner and also the experienced espressionist, we offer a very large selection of portafilter machines from several premium brands and matching grinders from the Italian brand Eureka, including expert advice.

The range is rounded off with espresso makers, stamp jugs, hand mills and exquisite accessories for portafilter machines. 

Both shops serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, which you can enjoy both inside and in our outdoor area.
