A strong interior: the grinding mechanism of the Mahlkönig X54

The heart of the Mahlkönig X54 is the replaceable disc grinder made of durable and wear-resistant special steel with a disc diameter of 54mm. The degree of grinding can be adjusted precisely and continuously, with the amount of ground coffee being dispensed being regulated by a timer. Four pre-programmed timer settings and a manual mode for the best possible individual quantity control give enough opportunity to find the best individual setting for the coffee taste.

Robust and high-quality processing

The bean container of the Mahlkönig X54 has a capacity of 500g, which means you can easily grind larger quantities of coffee beans. However, we recommend only filling in the amount of coffee beans that you actually grind in one day. Because as soon as the sensitive coffee beans come into contact with oxygen and light, they gradually lose their fine aroma. It is therefore better to keep it protected from air and light and only fill it into your coffee grinder when you are going to grind it. The Mahlkönig grinder's drip tray has magnets so that it always sits perfectly in the holder and guarantees that no crumbs jump away. With a grinding speed from 1 – 2.8 g per second, the X54 is very fast.
