This small but innovative espresso machine with thermoblock system comes from the traditional company Ascaso in Spain. It is ideal for preparing a quick spontaneous espresso. It can be operated alternately with ground coffee or coffee pods. The sieve inserts for this are included in the scope of delivery. As an extension, in contrast to the Ascaso UNO PID, there is a second thermal block for steam generation.
In contrast to the previous generation, the current model of the Ascaso Steel DUO PID black / black&wood has a rotary valve for steam extraction and optimized software for temperature control. As a result, the temperature of the steam circuit can be precisely controlled from 110°C to 165°C via the PID controller. Thanks to the new rotary valve, the Ascaso Steel DUO PID black / black&wood model 2022 gives you optimum control when frothing milk.
The espresso machine convinces with its high-quality workmanship and a modern look. The rotary wheel for the steam supply and the handle of the portafilter are made of wood and are particularly comfortable to hold. Thanks to the two built-in thermal blocks, the Ascaso Steel Duo PID is ready for use after just 2 - 3 minutes and is therefore much faster than conventional two-circuit units. It prepares a very good espresso and offers a lot of leeway with the various parameters of espresso preparation. The brewing temperature can be preset to the exact degree and the PID controller ensures a constant temperature throughout the entire espresso process.

What is the difference between 15BL and 16CR ?
The terms mentioned above often appear in the article descriptions. We want to explain this briefly. Since there are many colors and possible combinations in Eureka, you have to work your way through a small jungle of terms and abbreviations.
