Without a doubt: the Sanremo Cube is a very good dual-circuit bike! She makes good espresso. It froths milk smarter than other dual-circuit machines. The temperature stability is top and so is the workmanship.
It is above all the design that makes the Cube unique. Because there is solid, ancient technology running in the background, like almost all dual-circuit vehicles. The Faema E61 principle is under the hood in the Sanremo Cube just like in the old Sanremo Treviso, which doesn't differ that much in terms of specifications.
The two-circuit model has a 1.9 liter insulated stainless steel boiler and a 1.8 liter water tank. This water tank is smaller than many other water tanks in the same segment, but a classic espresso requires around 25 ml and you can easily treat one or two rounds of coffee connoisseurs one after the other.
The power consumption of this model with a rotary pump is 0.32 kWh, in the middle range of dual-circuit espresso machines.
The Sanremo Cube is the quietest dual-circuit espresso machine we have tested to date. It is almost inaudible even when covered. This is a strong argument for anyone who needs a really quiet machine for acoustic reasons.
