With the grind-on-demand function, the coffee powder is ground as freshly as possible with each reference. This allows you to enjoy the fresh coffee aroma to the full every time. In addition, the grinder with its slow and powerful revolutions remains sufficiently cool. This is particularly gentle on the ground coffee, since the heat generated could degrade the quality of the coffee powder that is still fresh. For all taste fetishists: The espressi are excellent, with lots of full-bodied sweetness!
Outstanding precision. In the tests with a LIBRA, we were only able to determine a deviation of 0.1-0.2 grams. This is very little and therefore a top value. The dead space of the mill is very small.
The patented 4-point suspension of the grinder enables the degree of grinding to be continuously adjusted using the small rotary knob on the housing. The Eureka Mignon Libra is easy to clean thanks to the innovative and at the same time robust grinder and foreign objects can be removed very easily.
Profitec Sudschublade
The Profitec brew drawers impress with their simple, modern design. The removable, silicone-coated tapping rod excellently insulates the noise when tapping the coffee grounds. The handle of the brew drawer is made of black, anodized aluminum. The Profitec logo is discreetly laser engraved on the front and cut out on the back with a laser.
