The Profitec Pro 400 dual circuit not only impresses with its looks, but also with its technical finesse. It is equipped with a stainless steel boiler, a temperature mode switch and a switchable pre-infusion. The two-circuit system enables espresso preparation and the removal of steam or hot water at the same time. Thanks to the thermosiphon system, fresh water from the tank is always used to prepare the espresso, not the boiler water. 

Technically, too, the PRO 400 is an espresso machine in a class of its own. With the multifunction switch on the bottom you can easily choose between three temperatures and optionally activate or deactivate the pre-infusion and the ECO mode.

What is the difference between 15BL and 16CR ?

The terms mentioned above often appear in the article descriptions. We want to explain this briefly. Since there are many colors and possible combinations in Eureka, you have to work your way through a small jungle of terms and abbreviations.

15BL= this designates the color BLACK (BL = black) at the ejection nose and the upper grinder cover (not funnel)

16CR = this designates the color CHROM (CR = chrome) at the ejection nose and the upper grinder cover (not funnel)
