The Profitec PRO 700 offers you the highest level of performance and comfort: Depending on your needs, you can choose between water tank and fixed water connection mode.
The temperature can also be set individually for both boilers via the integrated PID controller. The processing time of the espresso is shown to the second on the PID display.
For the preparation of pure espressos, there is also the option of simply switching off the steam boiler with a separate switch.
If you are looking for a well-made and well thought-out portafilter machine with a fine espresso result, you should take a closer look at the Pro 700. The temperature of the dual boiler can be set individually for both boilers. When making an espresso, the very quiet rotary pump is only noticeable when you prick up your ears. As soon as you press the small lever of the E61 brewing group, the shot timer starts on the PID display and shows the processing time in seconds. The Pro 700 pours on the appropriate milk froth almost by itself. Fill the milk jug one third full with cold milk and place it on the generously dimensioned drip tray. Position the nozzle just below the surface, open the steam draw wheel with a quarter turn. Pay close attention, in a few seconds the Pro700 will have finished pulling and rolling the milk. Close the steam cover, pour and enjoy. DThe Profitec Pro 700 can be operated with a fixed water connection or a water tank (switchable).
