The optical highlight of the matrix are the illuminated side walls, the brightness and color of which can be changed via the display. Thus, the matrix lights up in the right color for every occasion or not at all, if you want that. Thanks to the built-in rotary pump, the portafilter machine can be operated with mains water or with a tank.
The integrated timer
You can easily program the timer for yourself via the touch display. You can program a time per day (start and end time) for each day of the week.

The Bezzera Matrix TOP MN is equipped with a rotary pump fitted and can be connected to the mains water system or operated via the water tank. A perfect model for those who want to take advantage of the quiet rotary pump and want maximum flexibility in terms of connection and placement of the machine in the kitchen.
The Bezzera Matrix MN in everyday life: The newly developed touch display convinces with a variety of setting options, here the temperature of both boilers can be changed quickly and easily. Other features include an adjustable pre-infusion, timer (exactly to the day), automatic cleaning program for use with coffee grease remover, reminder function for filter change and coffee grease remover cleaning. A rotary pump ensures a quiet brewing process and tickles that certain something extra out of the coffee beans through a better pressure build-up compared to the vibration pumps.

Here you can tell not only from the price that Bezzera relies on in-house metal processing, but the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel from the chassis to the housing.
