THE PADDLE
By rotating the mechanical paddle mounted on the brewing group, the water flow in the brewing group can be regulated and the brewing pressure can be optimally controlled in every phase of the extraction. By adjusting the brewing pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee.
Individually removable water container makes it flexible
The BIANCA's water tank is attached externally to prevent the water from heating up and thus keep the water quality high. The tank can either be behind the machine. When used in fixed water mode, the tank can also be completely removed, saving a lot of space. The original Lelit filter can also ensure lime-free water in the tank.
Every espresso shot is different thanks to the manual pressure profile system
With the individual brewing curve setting (pressure profile), you can think of as many different ways as you want to brew your coffee. Whether with pre-infusion, in which the coffee grounds are softened for a short time and allowed to swell, or with a brewing curve that you allow to flatten after 15 seconds to avoid over-extraction - you have all the options. This means you can conjure up countless variations from the same coffee. Whether typically Italian or trendy fruity.
LCC display with many setting options
You can make many settings on the visually appealing and discreet LCC display. In addition to the PID control, you can fix and change pre-infusion time intervals or also set the stand-by times. In the standby function, the machine reduces the temperature in the kettle to 70°C and maintains the cup warming. By maintaining this temperature, you can work in full operating mode again in just 10 minutes.
2 boilers with 1400 watts each
Lelit designed it in such a way that the two heaters, each with 1400 watts, do not run in parallel but only one is always electronically controlled. This extends the heating time slightly, but protects your maximum power load at home. For some old apartments etc. it may be important to know that the machine only draws a maximum of 1400 watts.
