ECM Barista A2, 2-group with PID control & toggle valve

The Barista A2 is a compact two-circuit machine with two ECM E61 brewing groups and volumetric dosing. Four coffee quantities can be freely programmed on the buttons - practical: the right brewing group adopts the values ​​of the left one, provided no other values ​​are stored. Programming is very easy with start/stop. An electronic pre-infusion can also be switched on. The very quiet rotary pump fills the tank automatically, if the machine has to be transported, the tank can be emptied very easily. The sight glass gives quick information about the filling level.

With 14 liters, the boiler is huge, so it also manages times with high throughput volumes without losing performance. The two steam lances are controlled via tilting valves, the hot water is dispensed via the programmable control electronics. The built-in double pressure gauge provides information about the pressure for the service boiler and the brewing pressure. Backwashing can take place automatically. The passively heated cup rack is large and surrounded by an acrylic glass railing. Last but not least, it should be mentioned that the service technician only has to loosen 4 screws to get to the inside of the machine.
